August 1974
Company established with capital of 2 million yen, head office in Naka-ku, Yokohama-shi, and branch office in Kobe, to carry out maintenance, repair, inspection and sales of marine radio communication and electronic maritime navigation equipment.
August 1975
Capital increased to 6.3 million yen.
August 1976
Capital increased to 13 million yen.
August 1981
Established Terrestrial Division to carry out sales of professional-use radio communication equipment, manufacture of special purpose two-way radios and operation of communication systems, maintenance, etc.
March 1982
Developed 27MHz two-way radio for container work. Won large order for two-way radio equipment from Kobe Container Terminal.
March 1985
Developed radio communication system for tire factory robots.
March 1987
Exchanged dealership contract with Motorola Japan. Won order from Motorola Japan for the development of a radio relay system for mass media.
March 1989
Won order from Osaka City for disaster management radio communication system.
